Advisors who travel
Our advisors spend time on the road. They stay in the hotels, sail on the ships and walk the neighbourhoods they recommend, and they come back with notes you won’t find in a brochure: which rooms face the right way, which guide brings a place to life, which property suits which kind of traveller.
That first-hand knowledge isn’t saved for big trips. It shapes a long weekend in a boutique hotel just as much as a month in Africa.

We listen first
Every trip starts with a conversation. A milestone birthday, a first holiday with the grandchildren, a chance to finally slow down. The reason shapes everything that follows, from the pace of the days to the room you wake up in.
Then we narrow the field. More travellers now start with AI-generated shortlists and booking sites that show fewer options with less context. The cheaper option that turns out to be wrong isn’t good value. Our job is to give you the right few, and explain why.
When advice changed the trip
[A short, anonymised example]
[Three or four sentences: what the client first asked for, what the advisor knew or recommended instead, and how the trip turned out. For example, a different hotel, a different time of year or a change of route, and the result.]
[Client initials or a description, e.g. “A couple from Hobart, Japan in spring”]
The network behind us
Frontier Travel is a member of Virtuoso, an invitation-only global network of travel agencies and the hotels, cruise lines, lodges and tour partners they work with.
For you, that membership is really about people. Our advisors know the hotel teams, cruise and lodge partners and local specialists in the places you’re going, and they use those connections on your behalf: to request the right room, set up a special occasion or secure a guide who is often booked out.

When you book an eligible Virtuoso hotel or cruise with us, Virtuoso amenities come with the booking. You don’t pay more for them, and you don’t need to ask.
They add up quickly. On a four-night stay, daily breakfast for two and a US$100 hotel credit alone can be worth A$500 or more.
Illustrative only. Amenities vary by hotel and sailing, and upgrades and early or late check-in are subject to availability.
Breakfast for two
Daily breakfast for two guests at Virtuoso hotels.
Hotel or shipboard credit
Typically a US$100 hotel credit per stay, or onboard credit on selected sailings.
Upgrade on arrival
A room or suite upgrade, when available.
Early check-in and late check-out
When available, so the first and last days of your stay are yours.
Exclusive experiences
Such as a welcome amenity, a private shore excursion or a hosted event, depending on the hotel or sailing.
Travel with confidence
A Frontier trip is put together with care long before departure day, so you can leave knowing the details have been looked after.
