While information is fundamental in providing us with the ability to provide a superior travel service, our most important asset is our customers’ trust. Keeping customer information secure, and using it only as our customers would want us to, is a top priority for all of us at Frontier Travel Pty Ltd.

The types of personal information that we collect from you will depend on the circumstances of collection and on the type of service you request from us. Frontier Travel Pty Ltd collects personal information that relates to travel bookings and associated purchases such as insurance and foreign exchange. For reservations we would generally collect your name, address, telephone numbers and other contact details. Depending on the nature of the travel that you are booking with us, we may also collect passport, birth date and other information as required by your itinerary. We do not collect sensitive information and Frontier Travel Pty Ltd will limit the collection and use of customer information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We may collect and update that information over the phone, over the Internet, in person or when you write to us. We store personal information in a combination of secure computer storage facilities and paper-based files and other records. We have taken a number of steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Frontier Travel Pty Ltd will always maintain control over the confidentiality of our customer information. We may, however, facilitate relevant offers from reputable companies. These companies are not permitted to retain any customer information unless the customer has specifically expressed interest in their products or services.

Should any recipient of our newsletter wish to unsubscribe they can do so by clicking on unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.
We collect the information you choose to give us through our website, such as when you send an enquiry, request a quote, subscribe to our newsletter, apply to join our team or book a call with one of our travel advisers. This may include your name, email address, phone number, postcode or country, travel preferences and any details you include in your message.
When you visit our website we also automatically collect technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you spend on them and the website that referred you. We use this to understand how our website is used, to keep it secure and working properly, and to improve it.
Enquiries and bookings. Enquiry forms on our website send your details securely to our customer relationship management system (Salesforce), so that one of our travel advisers can respond to you. If you book a call using our online scheduler, your booking details are handled by Zoom.
Analytics and advertising. We use Google Analytics to measure how visitors use our website, and the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show relevant advertising to people who have visited our website. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit and the actions you take, for example submitting an enquiry. Google and Meta may combine this with other information they hold in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not send them your name, email address or the content of your enquiry.
Maps. Our Contact page includes embedded Google Maps showing our office locations. Google may set cookies and collect information when these maps load.
Cookies and your choices. A cookie is a small file stored on your device that allows a website to recognise your browser. When you first visit our website you can choose to accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. If you decline, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel will not be loaded. You can also adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or manage your advertising preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using our website.
Where your information is held. Our website is hosted by Vercel, and some of the service providers named above (including Vercel, Google, Meta, Salesforce and Zoom) may store or process information on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. Travel suppliers we book on your behalf may also be located overseas, in the destinations you travel to. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle personal information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
To protect our enquiry and newsletter forms from spam and automated abuse, our website uses Google reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that Frontier Travel Pty Ltd is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site, to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this Web site.
We may update our policies and this Privacy Policy Statement from time to time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
