At a glance

Crystal is one of the great names in luxury cruising. Founded in 1988 and acquired by A&K Travel Group in 2022, it relaunched its two flagships with fewer guests and more space.

Dining is a highlight, from Umi Uma by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa to Osteria d'Ovidio and Beefbar, and shore experiences are curated by sister brand Abercrombie & Kent.

With almost one crew member for every guest and a butler in every suite, not just the top categories, service is a real strength. Crystal was named Top Midsize-Ship Ocean Cruise Line in the Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards 2025, and it’s home to the first Casino de Monte-Carlo at sea.

Owned by A&K Travel Group, a partnership of Abercrombie & Kent and the Lefebvre family’s Heritage Group, Crystal relaunched in 2023 as an ocean-only line, with three new ships on order.
