You will get 24/7 access to our hotel portal which offers a selection of specially curated hotels across the world offering exclusive perks you won’t find elsewhere. Within the Frontier Hotels portal you will always get:

Can I search and book International on the Zeno App? 

Currently only Domestic Australia bookings for flights and hotels can be booked on the App. Domestic Australia bookings for car hire, flights, and transfers can be booked via the desktop version. International bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and car hire can be made via the desktop version of your hotel portal 24/7. 

 

How do I update my profile? 

Navigate on the left side to “My Profile”, this is where you can manage all account related information including your hotel/airline memberships, travel documents, preferences, and payment methods. Don’t forget once you store your credit card information you will be able to book your stays without having to add a card! Our system will also send an email notification 6 months prior to your credit card and passport expiring if you have populated those details.

Do I have to pay my hotel stay when I make a booking? 

No! That is the beauty of our free portal. All hotel rates within the portal are paid on arrival. Why not book your entire holiday at our exclusive hotels across the world and enjoy our exclusive perks every step of the way!

 

Why is a credit card needed for my hotel booking? 

This is because all hotels require at minimum a credit card to guarantee the reservation and if there are any charges that need to be paid prior to arrival. 

 

Do I have to pay for my airfares in the App when I make a booking? 

Yes! Airfares are instant purchase therefore sufficient funds to process your booking will need to be available at time of booking. Once paid your flights will be booked immediately by our system. 

 

I don’t have the money to pay for my airfare right now, What do I do? 

Some international airlines allow us to hold tickets for 48 hours while domestic flights are generally until the end of the same day AEST time or next day. Give us a call on 02 9331 0037 and chat with our experts who can work out the best way to secure your airfares!

 

Can I book airfares into 1 city and out of another on the App? 

No, this is considered an “multi-city” flight path therefore the system will not be able to search it as 1 ticket. You can either search and book separate flights within the app for example SYD - MEL and then book a flight from BNE - MEL. If you wish to book a multi city path please give us a call on 02 9331 0037 and chat with our experts who can work out the best way to secure your airfares!

 

Do I have to pay my car hire when I make a booking?

How do I make a booking? 

On the computer version you have 2 options, 1: navigate on the left hand side to bookings, drop down and then select “create booking” or 2: on the right side click “new booking”. On the mobile App click the “book a trip” button on the your dashboard

 

I made a booking but want to add car hire, flights, hotels etc, how do I? 

That’s easy! On the computer version head over to manage your bookings. Once you have selected the applicable booking use the “+” to add other services to your existing booking. Alternatively you can just make a separate booking for the additions or give us a call on 02 9331 0037 and chat with our experts!

 

Do I get a confirmation once the booking is complete? 

Once you have finalised your booking you will immediately be able to view/manage your bookings from your dashboard. On the computer version navigate on the left hand side to bookings, drop down and then select “manage bookings”. On the mobile App your dashboard will show any trips, by clicking on the trip you wish to view you will then have the option to manage your booking. 

 

How do I find the hotel confirmation number for my reservation? 

To locate your hotel confirmation number navigate to the booking you wish to view, once inside the booking scroll down to the itinerary section, expand the drop down details and you will find “confirmation number”

 

I am having an issue finding the perks inclusions in the portal, where do I look? 

All hotels available to book in our portal include access to our exclusive perks, so rest assured when you book any rate you will be covered. To confirm the exclusive perks included at our hotels please visit our website HERE which has the most up to date perks on offer at each hotel across the world. Just scroll down to “Browse the Collection” and click on the applicable region. 

 

How do I know the perks have been added? 

Once you have finalised your booking our reservation team will be alerted. We will then liaise with our VIP team at the hotel you have booked to finalise the curation of your stay. At this time we will make the hotel aware of any special requests/occasions you have noted in your booking.

 

Are the perks the same at every hotel? 

The beauty of our program is it offers a variety of perks across the world and even in each city you will find our hotels offer slightly different options from time to time. When deciding which hotel to book consult our website HERE which has the most up to date perks on offer at each hotel across the world. Just scroll down to “Browse the Collection” and click on the applicable region. 

 

Are all perks guaranteed? 

When determining which perks are guaranteed please see the below examples. You will see in the first example there is an asterisk next to upgrade at check in, which below states this is subject to availability. The breakfast daily and hotel credit are guaranteed perks.
